I'm involved with a non-profit organization that connects American families with teenage Korean nationals. Facing the differences first-hand in your home can be a learning experience like no other. This is real life. One can appreciate the similarities and differences between cultures by talking, seeing, and feeling the person every day. Be there to provide information and enjoy the curiosity of someone from a country so different than ours. The korean teenagers speak English, attend school, and stay in the USA 6-10 months. Call the organization directly at 1-888-743-8721 or visit www.pieusa.org to get more details.
