SK-Earthlink Changes U.S. Branding to Helio

SK-EarthLink, Inc. has branded itself as HELIO, Inc.

The new mobile brand custom built for young, tech-savvy consumers. The company is a $440 million joint venture between SK Telecom (NYSE:SKM),one of the world's most advanced wireless carriers, and EarthLink(Nasdaq:ELNK), the nation's next generation Internet service provider(ISP).

According to their press release the name HELIO comes from the Heliocentric view, radical when Copernicus promoted it in the 16th century, held that the sun was at the center of thesolar system.
