Starbucks Gold: VIP Coffee Card

Upon my return from Korea, I received my new Starbucks Gold Card.


A number of complimentary cards went to the chain's best customers, acccording to Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz.  Nice to know they appreciate my business. Next week when I am back in Seoul, I will flash the card (which will not work overseas) to see their reaction. Korea is very status-oriented and a VIP card will be of interest.
